I know the Great man is training with North Melbourne, but do we have any picks left? Could we take him at a pretty late pick?

We would have to delist someone to draft Rupe, or anyone else for that matter. But then, why would we?

The point is that we didn't delist Rupe so that we might redraft him later. His best chances are with either Richmond or Kangas because at least their coaches know what he is capable of doing.

No.

They've made the decision for better or worse and will stick buy it. Sentiment aside, would Rupe be seeing much, if any, senior game time in 2004. Good luck to him wherever he goes, unless it's Swans or Carlton.

Looks like Betheras's AFL career is officially over - that's too bad.
Also when is there ever going to be another AFL player called Rupert??

Maybe there's a slim chance he can play well for Richmond or North VFL team, and sneak in the back door - not much though I suppose.

well another player meets the dark side of AFL footy.... Had promise did young rupert.. just a pitty he came to collingwood at the wrong time really... had he come 94.... would have been in the top two or three at the club. Where too now?

Maybe off to the bush to come coach and play!!!

If that is so rupe and you are reading this you would be very welcome at the Newbridge football club!!!!!!
