If things keep falling into place we should win but I am not prepared to put money on it there is still a long way to go. September is a different month altogether.

There is a long long long way to go. First time round we LOST to Sydney, LOST to Brisbane, LOST to Essendon and beat the Crows after the siren. Those four games will show us whether and by how much we have improved. I have no doubt that players like Licuria, Fraser and Holland have come on leaps and bounds since then. However the proof will be in the pudding so to speak.

Beating Richmond is all well and good but Richmond are crap. We need to beat a quality side to improve our credentials.

sure i believe we can win all the remaining games of the year but we are coming against quality opposition in the next couple of weeks with the likes of Brisbane Essendon Sydney and Adelaide but like Mike said above we have to take it one week at a time, we cant put too much expectation on the team

Let's settle down a bit, but you'd have to say the signs are good though.

In contrast to last year, we're coming into some great form towards the end of the home and away season. I think we should get a top 4 spot, which would equal last year's effort.

I see the Sydney and Essendon games as the real tests for us. To beat Sydney at Telstra Stadium and then Essendon at the G the following week would give enormous momentum going into the finals. Compare that to the way we finished last year.

Keep a little bit of a lid on it though! Wink

carlton and geelong are the sides that are very beatable but they have proven that they can knock off top sides in the comp. If we travel along the way we have and keep our confidence we will surely have a top 4 finish. Sydney in Telstra Stadium is a huge test for us, because we will likely have to play a final away probably in S.A so this is good pressured pratice for our young guns. As mike said we have peaked at the right time and must keep our peaked performance running for the rest of the season and more so in September.
