Elevate Blair and debut him.

Can extract the pill, a very good tackler, has the knack of being able to shrug off a would-be-tackler too and is good with his disposal. His VFL form all year has been excellent, and he's has had a few weeks off a month back so he's not burnt out like Beamsy.

Could Blair Fill A Role? Our midfield needs another body now that the class of Pendlebury will be missing. We haven't got another silky mid to fill up his place (though Wellingham will come into consideration), but what we do have an exciting, although untried, in and under player.

Some may say that's duplicating a role, given that O'Bree is our burrower, and with many fans wanting to drop O'Bree (it won't happen) some out-of-the-box thinking will be taking place. This could be a good like-for-like swap. Or maybe we go another way, and play 2 burrowers, both Blair and O'Bree. Change it up a cog. Double the grunt. Still plenty of class with Didak, Leon, Daisy and Medders there for the takeaways.

Finals debuts are always looked upon as a major statement by a club, and it can fire up a side and rally a supporter base. I think we need that at the moment. 2 disappointing losses against top 4 opposition suck a fair bit of optimism out of the supporter base, and more so at finals time.

It's time for us to show a gleeful opposition football community that there is plenty in the bank when it comes to up-and-coming footballers down at the Collingwood Football Club.

Toot toot.

Can you please rephrase that with fewer ideas, or different thoughts?

Oh yes, the forgotten saviour...

We really should revamp the forward line... i'd suggest something like this:

F: O'Bree Rusling Johnson

One of the main things that worries me about Jarryd Blair is that he stands a whopping 172cm tall. Confused

As Witty said it's been done before so it's not that bizarre a suggestion....and Rocca could be placed on the long term injury list couldn't he?

The kid's a footballer.

First you need to study the rules on elevating rookies

Then after you have spoken that well known phrase "Doh!!" we should have a discussion
