| How awful is Simon Buckley..... he's a major liability in big games. At least Clarke has some potential for improvement, though he scares me too. |

Played average for a lot of the game and got beaten over the ball for significant periods, but still won.
The type of win a great team has.
Some top efforts from youngsters in the last. Beamsy threatening the top 5 in the league.

That was basically a top 4 winning game. Lose that and we are in a massive shit fight for 3rd/4th.

Bloody hell, too close. Both teams controlled the game throughout, we had a real opportunity in the third to smash them. I look forward to seeing Pendles come back in, we could have done with him during the last.

We need to find replacements for both of them. Either that or move Marty out of the backline. He isn't a backman. We have Tooves, Heater & Marley who can take small forwards. Don't need him playing back because he gets found out defensively. |
