Forget camera angles, Moorecroft's mark was brilliant.
If you want to talk about people being robbed of MOTY, then Andrew Walker was robbed in 2011. Walker's mark was one of the best ever!!!. |
Good mark it was yes.
But Krakeour took the "classic" style high mark on his opponents shoulders in a pack.
Much better mark. _________________ Jatsad - That is all |

Walkers mark wasn't that flash as he admitted later, he and one his team mates had been practicing those marks at training all year. Kraks mark was sublime and pure. |

I always think a mark should be judged by the type of kick being marked. Marking a 25 metre drop punt indoors at etihad has a lower degree of difficulty compared to a high 60 metre mongrel punt on a wet windy day at the western oval.
As good as Moorecroft's mark was, the kick was low and only about 30 metres at most. _________________ Side by side. |

Howe is a marking machine, and the beautiful thing is he doesn't need a run up or a pack to sit on, he can be standing beside someone and just levitate onto their shoulder.
Taz was pretty good in his younger years, but like Modra he needed a step ladder in front of him
Loved Billy Picken and Carmen, never saw greening, but Howe would have to be the best consistent mark I've seen at Collingwood. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Forgot about Taz's splendid efforts against Geelong at Etihad. One of those (2003?) was probably the best piece of play Scarlett was ever involved in. |

Glad to see Tarrant receive a mention.
