Well isn't this set up to be a cracker!
Both sides having beaten 2 of the flag favourites, the G will be packed!
Can't wait to get there! See ya next Monday Melbourne.
No change.

I don't normally drink before midday these days but I will make an exception here/ We have a dusk service here because no one is awake here at 6.00 am. Watch it home , shower , then down to ANZAC bar for service and a few rums and hopefully still cheering the Pies. My favourite game of the year. A dangerous game against a team which has had our measure the last few years and which will draw immense confidence from its outing yesterday. Lose, and our vital confidence might be pricked. Win, and we really are on our way. Hoping as ever.
Changes : none
Changes for the week after vs Richmond : Wells in, maybe Fasolo depending on injuries. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

looking at essendon - they came out of the blocks hard at the start of each quarter - we will need to watch that.
If Wells reaches fitness I'll be tempted to slot him in. I don't think he is a 'form' player just regularly good if fit. Very hard to criticize last weeks team - you need a fine tooth comb to see who could have done better.
Adams and Elliot would probably be out even with the long break. _________________ We shall set our course by the stars and not ships that pass in the night |

That Fantasia and his mate Daniher always play well when we meet so best we don’t let them cut loose.
Murray to Fantasia IMHO but Joe is difficult—he’s not disimalar to Ben Brown
if the ball comes down forward quickly as he fully extends his arms to mark
And Stewart who I reckon can be held by Howe or Dunne—to sum up
See they don’t get fed _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

Murray cleared to play. Honest contest and bump therefore, no free should have been awarded, therefore no goal. Hate it when umps get things that wrong, thankfully not match defining. _________________ No one needs to get hurt, it's only business. |

As much as I think no one deserves to be dropped, we potentially could have Moore, Elliott and Adams fit to return. Would be tough to keep any of those players out, if they are fit. Who would you omit?
I would imagine:
Moore for Langdon/Cox depending which end of the ground they want to play him
Elliott for Crocker
Adams for...?
I think chances of all three getting up are very slim, however. |

Ins: One of Moore / Adams / Wills
Outs: Varcoe - didn't lay a tackle on the weekend and we need more from him.
I'd love to see them debut Brayden Sier. |

I'd go Fas in for Crocker just to give us more potency up forward for Anzac Day.
Elliott, Moore, Wells & Adams filtered in from Richmond game. _________________ Ohhhh the premierships a cakewalk for the good old COLLINGWOOD |

I think Crocker might be a little ahead of Fas for second efforts and defense. Fas I think has more white line fever. I dunno its a tough call as Crocker has been good even on the games we lost. _________________ We shall set our course by the stars and not ships that pass in the night |
