I think I can wait 4 weeks (Wed 8 Nov) for the blu-ray release . The DVD quality would kill me.
And! I can watch it 3 times, each with different commentary giving a different experience each time.

"The definitive keepsake of the Geelong Cats finals campaign. This beautifully-presented collectible 4-disc Victory Pack includes both the DVD and the Blu-Ray of the Geelong Cats Grand Final win against the Sydney Swans. Blu-Ray includes closed captions, a high-definition picture plus three alternate commentary tracks to choose from. Plus 2 DVDs featuring the full-match replays of the Premiers’ 2022 Finals campaign including the first final against the Collingwood Magpies and the Preliminary Final against the Brisbane Lions."

I did put up the grand final, it has the original ch.7 commentary as well as four additional radio commentary tracks, 3AW, MMM, SEN & ABC

Same; I think file needs to be downloaded to hard drive first, then once opened and viewed through a player, you then get all the audio options imbedded in file?

Ahhhh, I suspect you could be correct. Dyso, you've now been appointed Nicks technical consultant. You have to share a desk with HAL.
