Dear Mike,
The new 2001 season approaches and the next phase in the
rebuilding of the mighty Collingwood Football Club begins. We
have a wonderful group of talented players who display the
commitment, dedication and desire necessary for success.
Over the past two weeks the players have demonstrated their
skills, and their vigour and passion in our victories over St
Kilda and the West Coast Eagles. It was a great start, though
there is much work still to be done. We are building a team
that will be feared as the Collingwood teams of the past were
feared.
Collingwood has the most passionate and loyal fans in the AFL.
