well we lost. but only by 3 goals, which isnt bad cos we came storming home after being down 39 points in the 3rd Q. oh well.

Could be Alf. Saw a quote from Daniher regarding why Farmer didnt play.
"We wanted to let the boys know they could win without him"
or words to that effect.
Malthouse seemed somewhat pleased with parts of the day though according to the report I read, although he did have a whinge about the size of the oval, which was pretty small apparently.
Taswegiens, how big is Nth Hobart Oval.
