For those who don't get the Victorian news, it was just announced that Joe Misiti remains uncontracted and has had discussions with the pies.

Collingwood have upped the offer to Blumfield and he has told Essendon if they can't come to an agreement with the Swans he will come to us.

joe misiti? this is sounding good. a midfield of buckley and misiti and then any of king/orchard/jacotine/williams/betheras sounds lovely.

by the way; the colbert deal is still no certainty. remember that tomorrow is the last day of trading and if they can't get it sorted out then we've got a chance to get him for free. if we do get that chance, then it's going to be strange choosing either blumfield or colbert with the priority pick. tomorrow could be a very big day.

Hey foxy...dont jinx us just yet. All sorts of crazy deals will be done tomorrow morning right up to the last few minutes. we could end up with Misiti, Blumfield and Colbert (Yes good) or stuff all. Heres hopin!

We will not finish last again so I hope we make the most of our position in the draft this year. Knowing Eddie there should be some surprises come 2pm Tuesday. Collingwood usually show all their cards late in the draft.
