Membership Numbers

I think Eddie said something like 25,000 on last weeks Footy Show, this is a little worrying considering Essendon have 32,000.

Me thinks theres plenty of work to do, mainly from those who haven't joined yet.

Just to add to my last posting!

The reason I ask is because as some of you know I'm from Tassie and I next to never get to see the Pies play simply because it costs to bloody much just to get to the mainland. And before anyone points out that Tassie now has cheaper airfares (ie about 150 bucks return in stead of about 300 bucks!!!) I still cant afford to get to the games. SO, back to the original question: Is there something like an Interstate Membership for those of us who cant get to many games???

Gee lets see Collingwood 15th and 16th in the last two years
Essendon Premiership and Preliminary final.

If Essendon dont have more members than us they never will. Im quite confident if the roles were reversed we would get 40,000 members to Eddie McGuires birthday.
