As much as I'd like to say that we don't really need to win this, and that it wouldn't hurt us to lose a game now, I can't... It would really hurt to lose to the cats! It would just reinforce all of my old Collingwood fears and paranoia!! Having said this, there hasn't been a single point in the season thus far where I have thought we were going to lose, and I don't think it is going to happen this week either.
Yeah, that was a pretty contradictory set of comments!!

People have been talking about the bye and whether it will harm us. I just want to ask: does anyone remember the last game we played against the Cats when we were coming off a week's rest?

Looking forward to watching Ling & Chapman huffing and puffing trying to catch Thomas & Beams. Will win and win very easily.

We have far too much strength, stamina, speed, size, skill & any other important s-word you can think of.

We are the best and we will want to prove it not show weakness. Why doesn't everyone just believe in that, some people here act like it's 2008.

With Ottens in form and Selwood and Bartel at the stoppages, I think hitouts will be paramount.

If we win by 30+ then I may consider an undefeated season.

They sure are talking themselves up. The arrogance of these twits is sickening. Its like how dare they beat us? I reckon it will be close and we must destroy stokes and chapman. I think Beams or Maccaffer has to come in so we have more bigger bodies at the contest. Beams has a good record against the fur balls!

The moggy supporters reckon they're better than us because they've beaten more top 8 teams so far. This is true (that they've beaten more top 8s), they've beaten 5th, 6th and 8th by a total of 57 points.
We, on the other hand have only beaten 3rd & 4th by a total of 58 points!!!
The mathematics says it all!
Pies by 29 so we can say we've beaten the top 4 by 28, 29 and 30.

The weather will have a lot to say who wins this game. If it rains it will bring the Cats into the game. At the moment the Cats are not bad value at $3.15.
