The usual suspects were solid. Great first halves from the Toovenator and Maxy when it was tight, with the latter really working back into form. Very happy to see Dawesy respond with aggression and hunger; if he keeps doing that the marks will start sticking, as a few did today. It was also enjoyable watching Daisy eventually wear out Jones and then cut loose - a good lesson in that for him I reckon. Swanny creating value despite injury was pleasing, while Beamsy seemed a bit cleaner with the ball than he did earlier in the season.
In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

Good enough for me too.

Lol. 3AW gave 3 votes to Daisy. He was good, but that was probably his sloppiest game all year.

Leon is all class.

3. Pendles
2. Cloke (would have got 3 if he'd kicked straight in the second half)
1. Heater (surprised no one's mentioned him yet. I thought he was excellent)

Leon, Daisy, Reid and Wellingham next.

3. Cloke (if we got the ball to him one on one more, could have had over 20 marks)
2. Pendlebury (did the work in close tonight - 17 first half handballs and only 3 kicks )
1. Leon (clean and quick out of defense; capped it off with an awesome goal)

Special mention to Wood for winning the hit outs!
Well done boys!

Pretty much as I saw it.

Sultan of Spins planking in the Yarra Hotel on the Jukebox was a fair effort as well.
