Certainly hope he comes back revitalised.

Was pretty good on Saturday. Didn't get as much of the ball, but had a strong impact on the game.
Well done boys!

According to the Herald Sun, beams could be out with a broken bone in his foot.

If that's the case...

Beams
Swan
Daisy

All out...

Fasolo, Buckley and 1 other to come in.
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeey, we want some Bayley!

Very happy with the win, very sick of their fans blaming the umps for the loss. I'm just surprised they didn't blame the bounce of the ball as well! At least we only have to play them once more this year.

And when we still manage to smash the Dees they'll complain about injuries

??? Tarrant's been brilliant for us in recent weeks, genuinely baffled by this comment. Can't remember him dropping anything last night.
You are new here mate. Don't worry about it. Eddie thinks Jason Cloke should be playing centre half back for us. Criticism of any other player who goes within 50 yards of true CHB more than twice in a match is standard stuff for him. Tarrant, Maxwell, most (all?) of the other backmen too. And half the forwards.

(No, that wasn't brain fade on my part. I don't mean to say Travis Cloke, I mean Jason. Why? No clue. You better ask Eddie.)

Bloody hell not Beams as well.

P.S-Blair would be the other obvious inclusion.

[quote="4everpies"]Very enjoyable evening, love beating those scumbags. Living in Bentleigh I'm surrounded by aints supporters, so it's a great train trip home when we win.

yes I am in the same area. The train was full of very quiet Aints fans on the way home he he

Yeah, I agree Blair will come in.
How about Buckley to come in and release Leon to the midfield? Im sure he could fill that role nicely and pop forward for a few goals. He is in great form at the moment.
Fasolo should come into the midfield too.
Big losses but we should have the depth to cover.

Another very good performance by Cloke who again with a little more polish would've clearly been BOG! Can you imagine if he can put it all together consistently?....... I can :)

Pendles continues to bamboozle the opposition and yet again Ball was a key factor IMHO. I was watching the dons v dees Friday night & thinking, both these teams would kill to have Luke Ball!

Haven't seen much of McEvoy but that must've been one of his career best games??... Yet Wood held his own! Another valuable night out for our future #1.

Despite Swans match topping goal tally his performance was un-Swan-like, and you know what I mean! Let's hope he gets back to where he should be!

That was by far THE BEST game Davis has played in a loooong time!
I hope he's back!

Imagine Carlscum with Luke Ball to complement guys like Murphy and Gibbs? They'd be bloody scary. They could have had him too. If they'd taken him in the second round last year (they picked ahead of us) they'd have him. But no. Instead they traded their first rounder for that loser Brock McLean.

Anybody else pick up that we actually had less of the ball on Saturday night? On the MCG scoreboard I swear it was something like 30 possessions difference but according to afl.com.au it's only 3 less possessions. Either way that is ridiculous. How can you win by almost 10 goals and have less of the ball? Either shows how unbelievably efficient we are with the ball or shows how terrible they were with it.... pretty sure the former.

Anyway just an interesting thing I noticed....

A great win, nothing like rubbing rocksalt into the drag queens wounds, very happy with Chop, Clokey and Leon. Pendles and Dawes also very good. Spewing about Thomas , must smash the dreamons this week. Must stay focused need a big one from Didak , hopefully with Blairy, Fasolo and maybe BJ or Buckley if fit.

The club elected to bring back Johnson via the VFL last time and it proved to be the correct decision.

He lasted less than a quarter.

Even if he's fit to resume this week I can't see why the club would change this policy and have him resume in the seniors.
