great moment when Sharrod kicked that goal...course i missed it!
he did a great tackle to get the ball, ump was slow calling it, so me and Cait jumped up to let him know the call!
i jump up and just yell ball,
but Cait, shes gotta do the big arm sweep...with all the might she could fire up
and mum, mum gets snotted right on the nose!
so thanks to tears of pain and laughter,
i missed that goal!!

Ordinary as in par, we have many more gears than that.AN_Inkling wrote:Beating another top 4 team by 40 points is not ordinary, by any definition.
Their outs were barely more significant than ours, so the win stands on its merit.
We are back to 2010 form. No absolute stand out players, other than Cloke, but winning it on intensity, system and a quality team effort.

But we can't reach them all, every game of the Season, or we'll be kaput come finals and the Grand Final.
I wish people would just be content with a game in which we thrash another top four side, what did you expect, the largest margin to ever be recorded in VFL/AFL history?
We could have rushed back Macaffer and Johnson if we really wanted to, at the expensive of Rounds and Fasolo, and could have had Jolly back last week. We probably would have won by more this weekend, but we would be feeling the repercussions down the track.

But they are not a top 4 team, they might be there temporarily but come finals they will be gone in the elimination final yet againAN_Inkling wrote:Beating another top 4 team by 40 points is not ordinary, by any definition.
