Did anyone else see the spray the skipper gave Harvey as he went off in the last quarter?
MM might have felt a little sorry for their coach, but there was no such love captain to captain.

^ Nope - Any you tube clips?
Maxy was in full voice on the weekend me thinks - He's back?!?
Thanks to Argentina [or whoever it was we played Sunday afternoon at the Magpie Cricket Ground], I would suggest Sidey may've been played back into form along with Swanny, Blair, Toovey & perhaps even Harry & Maxy!
Doesn't The Club have a wheelchair that Didak could've used to scoot around the forward pocket for a few hours yesterday?

yep, Clarkson had a similar tune of resignation about him last weekJezza wrote:Loved Brad Scott's interview.perthmagpie wrote:If anyone doubts how good we are (not just today) I insist you listen to the press conference of the losing coach.
These are the games where you get an opportunity to destroy the self belief of an opposition team and scare the rest of the competition. If you do it often enough you stamp your authority on the whole competition and win the mental game before you walk on the field in September.
The ultimate is to be so ruthless and consistent in your performance that everyone else resigns themselves to trying to finish second. This is what I'm hoping we can achieve in the next 8 games.
It went something like this. This is only from memory. "They are a bloody good side, they take your strengths away and on the return they punish you with devastating effects"

Oh I don't know. I was thinking we might be able to bring Guy Richards back to the club to backup Jolly.35reasons wrote:Anyone who endured the horror of "The Shaw Years" could not possibly be bored with what we are doing to the opposition every week now.
i think they were better termed the "unshaw" years. nor room for jason wild or stephen patterson in our current line-up!!

Does anyone else love the comedy of North Melbourne?
Every time before they play us: "What has happened in the past is unacceptable and won't happen again! It's time to earn our stripes!! This will show where we're at!!!"
(North lose by massive margin)
"Did I say it will show where we're at? Because, um, I didn't mean that. This was a total aberration even though it always happens, and does NOT reflect where we're at."
