coll V carlton cheersquad footy match

Post by joffa_the_man_in_gold »

To be announced soon a barby and footy match between carlton and collingwood cheersquads maybe if vicky park is free we could have it there sometime in june.

Im pleased to say away from the pressures of game day and all that rivalry the collingwood and carlton cheersquads get on very well, they are a great bunch of people.
One of my missions this year has been to introduce ourselves to all opposing cheersquads and 2 weeks ago at the MCG we met and made a lot of friends from the geelong cheersquad one of the geelong cheersquad persons even wanted a photo with myself it was very flattering.

So back to the footy match put your name down if you would like to participate.
I have volunteered to be a field umpire hahahahahaha can you imagine it.
Collingwood today, Collingwood tomorrow,Collingwood forever... we'll always do things the collingwood way... side by side we stick together to uphold the greatest name in football.

I'm there in spirit, even if I am 13,000 miles away.

I'll play, guess that sorts out the ruck position.

I can't play but I reckon I can do a better job of umpiring than those men in white in the AFL.

This sounds like a good idea, We used to have these matches a few years ago in the cheer squad. One thing you have to make sure is that is only cheer squad members playing, otherwise it you get ring ins from everywhere and it takes the fun out of the day. But count me in Joff, as I love beating Carlton in any shape or form.
