I don't think we will see Rounds again this year.
Leon was dominating Garlett last week and then they switched Rounds on to him early in the 3rd and Garlett had 4 scoring shots in a short period of time.
Rounds did a good job on Harvey but it turns out he fractured his thumb early in the game and was playing under duress.

Interesting selections. I'm worried now that Didak might be this year's Paul Medhurst.
Good to see The Caff back. But geez we'd better start settling our finals side soon.
Hope that finger gets right soon Alan Toovey.
As for Darren Jolly, we need a succession plan right about now, because if this year is anything to go by he will be lucky to play six rounds next year.

Seems to have enormous confidence and composure. His kicking for goal has been superb. Almost worth a spot on that alone, should we get a couple of injuries.pietillidie wrote: One other thing: if the Fuzz gets a full game I reckon he'll kick a bag. Not to burden him, but the lad has a touch of the young Nathan Buckley about him. And that includes the cockiness, so I doubt the comparison will bother him too much.
Am I the only one who got rather aroused when the number 35 kicked the sealer against the Filth last week?
Good to see Goldsack and Caff back. Now, play Goldsack in Toovey's role, as a shutdown medium defender, please. I don't think he's suited to any other, and plays there too rarely.
Jolly did get a knock on his knee last week, but I'd not be surprised if his omission is more to do with giving Wood a run. We'll need him to be ready in case Jolly misses a final.
Well done boys!

Hun tonight says Jolly has full on flu and has been in bed for 3 days. Also Didak and a few other players to train tomorrow with the 22 (I'm guessing: Rounds, Young, Sinclair, Beams). Hun also said Didak would have played VFL if we had no VFL bye. Sounds like Beamsy is almost ready to come back in. Barring no further injuries we should be much closer to full strength by the St.Kilda game (Dawes, Toovey, Didak, Beams, Wellingham, Jolly back).

Hope it's not the same flu that a bloke from work has got; he's been bed-ridden for a week and a half and has lost 6kgs in the process.
I also hope that Jols hasn't spread it around the club. The last thing we want is half the team flat as pancakes on Saturday night.
