Yeah, like Carl Ditterich did in his last game. I'll never forget that. And they let him off because it was his last game!! Would have got 10 weeks now, regardless.4everpies wrote:A win with no injuries and no reports is all I want.
Hopefully Chad Cornes doesn't decide to go out swinging in his last game.
I hold a cup of wisdom, but there is nothing within.

Dont mind those ins. The more games we can get into Wood the better.
Harry O & Wellers back next week, & hopefully Dawes & Tooves the following week.
Its all coming together nicely. Should have our best side back on the park for the last 2 rounds. Look out, here we come!!!

A little surprised with selection this week.
Bit of a mixed bag IMO.
Can't say I agree with Macaffer and Sinclair being omitted.
I would have given Brent a couple more weeks to show us what he's got in the hope the game against the saints (where he announced himself last season) would again provide him with the spark he needs.
Why play Sinclair as a substitute on debut only to drop him one week later?
Hardly much of an opportunity to show us what he's got to offer.
Would have thought that with Harry O missing then Young might have been the player to replace him rather than Rounds.
Keefe has been given valuable experience over the last month which will hold him in good stead going forward.
He'll be back.
With the inclusion of Wood could Jolly or Leroy be likely to miss?
With rain predicted Wood may still be a late withdrawal.
Hopefully the time off with a calf injury has allowed his repaired pectorial muscle to strengthen which will allow Didak to play with more confidence in his body.
Has dropped below 60% disposal efficiency in 6 of 12 games this season and it's an area he'll want to improve if he is to play a valuable part come finals or indeed hold his spot.
Didak vs Fasolo.
Let the battle begin.

Good to see Wood back in.
I am a little concerned with Leroy's form, so we need to know Wood and Jolly can play on the same team and what better environment to test this out than playing against Port (one step up from witches hats).
Veddy happy to see Diddle McDidstein back. 5 weeks to recapture the form.

I called it early in the weekAN_Inkling wrote:Wood and Jolly can not play on the same team. Certainly not in any serious game. We already know this. It's just about the only semi-realistic selection move that could cost us a premiership.
Jolly looks very dangerous in the forward line ... would not surprise me to see him at FF most of the game.... gives him a chance to remain match fit and ready come the finals
Great to see Dids back
I have a lazy eye and I think it is now spreading throughout the rest of my body
