RISING STAR NOMINEES: Where are they?

Here's a query for all and sundry: what has happended to the announcement of the Rising Star nominees for each week? They used to appear in the paper, but I haven't found any this year.

If they are in the RECORD, can someone post them here, as I never purchase that over-priced, poorly written clap-trap.

My interest mainly comes from LONIE, who should have been nominated after the way he's played thus far.

There's nothing about it on the AFL website, and a search of it only brings up articles about nominrees from 1998 - 2000.

Any clues?

The AFL issued a press release in March stating that Ansett were taking over sponsorship of the award from Norwich, effective that day.

There's been a deathly silence ever since. Nothing on the AFL site, nothing on the Ansett site and the old Norwich site has stopped working.
