50 points difference at half time. Ouch, but the ramifications are minor. This is akin to a pre-season cup match in actual significance.

Hope we can make the scoreline a little more respectable in the second half.

They were humiliated last year by Collingwood in a finals match, they are out to show that was 1 off and try and make everyone believe they have Collingwoods measure

We won the last game that counted between the 2 sides, why risk a tough, hard contest this week when its not needed?

Does anyone seriously believe we would go into a finals game with Brown, Jolly and Wood all playing?

Now we have to play them in the finals and crush them, otherwise we will have these two defeats by them hanging over our heads and I f**king hate the thought of that.

I wonder if Geelong made a pact to never lose to us again after their Prelim flogging, just like the pact they made about Hawthorn after the 08 granny.

All these players currently have their heads in the clouds:
1. Brown
2. Swan
3. Wellers
4. Dawes
5. Wood
6. Jolly
7. Goldsack
8. Fasolo
9. Krakouer
10. Beams
11. Everyone else except Pendles
RED "BABY" CAVANAUGH: Didn't hear what the bet was.

MONCO: Your life.

They probably do thave that idea in their heads, but it will mean nothing when they meet again in a finals match, even next week against the Hawks they will still have alot to prove, wouldnt want their kicking to go astray yet again under pressure

Looks like the Cat's were written off way,way too early.

They had a downer last year with Bomber and Ablett feuding but they're one of the very best teams in history as their win /loss ratio shows. The people who thought we had their measure after last years prelim were way off base.

Man for man they're still better than us and now they've unraveled our press the proof is in the pudding.

Huge reality check for many (myself included)
