Reminder to update your time zone for Day Light Savings

Usually there is a 'sticky' posted with instructions for updating your time settings for Day Light savings.

I haven't seen it this year? Has it been overlooked.....
How would Siri know when to answer "Hey Siri" unless it is listening in to everything you say?
