Foxtel unfortunately use CH 7 feeds,so there's no escaping him.jack_spain wrote:Couldn't have said it better myself.cityslick1 wrote:Bruce in the last quarter: "Gee 10.14 to Collingwood, thats a famous score for St Kilda & their last premiership..." who gives a sh*t Bruce, call the f**king game youre watching... its tight and its the biggest H&A game of the year.
Not to mention the endless amount of meaningless stats and info about players liking dogs, Lethal always having soft feet and players being delicious.
His campness and obsession with meaningless info has made him almost unbearable to listen to...
That comparison with the 1966 grand final is an insult to ALL Collingwood supporters.
Why has Seven's coverage gone downhill so fast? The pictures are an absolute abomination now.
Is is an AFL plot to get us all paid up subscribers to FOXTEL?

Huddo the cliche king - I see it but I don't believe it.
Why not just go all out and give us the rest of the Porky Pig routine?
As for Bruce...
He doesn't so much commentate as ask questions these days...
Gee, Rioli was clever there wasn't he?
Judd's been magnificent tonight hasn't he?
That was brilliant from Lenny there, gee he's special isn't he?
Buddy has been unbelievable tonight, a real game breaker, wouldn't you agree Leigh?
Bartel, oh that was masterful wasn't it?

This is not as uncommon as people may think.Steve wrote:Listening to bruce is like walking in on your parents having sex, it's embarrassing, awkward and a little bit creepy!
The Lad was six when he walked in on Uncle Sven and Aunty Ludmilla in a public spa in Malmo on a family holiday to Sweden to visit the Ikea factory where Uncle Igor was an engineer.
Not even the $2-50 breakfast deal will lure The Lad into an Ikea store these days, so lurid are the mind pictures and memories of the sordid event.
Firm in the belief that number 17 flag is only months away...

Absolutely! I still have the vid of the last qtr when they blew the final v Brions a couple of years ago. Great call boys, and sensational viewing! Pretty much the only time I've enjoyed them commentating!Piesnchess wrote:TIM LANE and Wobbie Walls doing Scum games, now that love fest was lower than a snakes belly. Thank god thats over. !

Bertha is no good at sex so I am allowed explore my exuberant masculinity elsewhere in a celebration of modern male liberation.Steve wrote:Listening to bruce is like walking in on your parents having sex, it's embarrassing, awkward and a little bit creepy!
I love this club and I hold anyone in contempt who does not think it is worth fighting for.

Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
