THANKS

Post by MagpieMel »

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who went to Adelaide on the Cheer Squad bus. I walked on not knowing anyone and walked off really feeling like part of the group, having met some great people who I now consider to be good friends.
Thanks to Kathy for organising such a great trip, and thanks to Shannon for his entertaining announcements. I've always looked at the cheer squad and thought you looked like you were having a hell of a good time and now after spending part of the weekend with you guys I know you really do have a hell of a good time. It was great to see the way everyone looks out for everyone else, no one gets cast aside it's like one big happy family.
Thanks for making my trip an such enjoyable one and I can't wait to to go Sydney with you guys.

i too have to say thanks to everyone in the cheer squad and on the bus. i too did not know anyone and it was a thrill to go over with cheersquad and get to hold the banner up (thanks shannon). thanks for all being so friendly and making this perth boy feel at home amongst fellow pie fanatics. i look forward to meeting you all again at the dees game, although im only a season ticket holder, ill be standing as close to you guys as possible. just to see the hard work and organisation that goes into such trips is a credit to you all and the club. once again, thanks and cant wait for the sydney trip.
cheers big ears.
