Where did the statement today say "Yes, Cloke is gone from Collingwood?"

I'd like you to point it out.

Its a good move by the club, trying to bring our flag hopes back
I can see that as a strategy and I hope its true but my mind turns back to Ablett and I see the same scenario unfolding.
I think its very finely balance and I think it is the Club taking the initiative here not Cloke's Management Team.

In effect the Club is saying
"Here is the deal, it is not going to change and because its not going to change we are happy to put things on hold until the end of the year and get on with our flag preparations"

Just my thoughts I have no evidence other that the Walsh statement

Take the blinders off. All players that had talks put on hold until the end of the season have left for new pastures. All of a sudden we sign Reid & are going after Wellingham now. Doesn't require a diploma in rocket science.

What "blinders"? 'Cause I don't believe some bullshit source, there are "blinders" on?

Give me a break.

He very well could be gone, he could stay, I don't care either way. 8)

According to Timetofly's post he was offered 750,000 to 800,000 with a performance clause to earn $900,000 & knocked it back.
Greed - that is all this is about. In my opinion the club has already offered him far more than he is worth.

Just wait for the Clokes to make a statement. Despite what's happened they wont be able to help themselves. 'Poor Travis has been painted in such a bad light..it's all the club's fault'

I'm waiting David...
