Apology

I hereby apologise for my lack of faith in the team. Last week I posted that we would suffer a 10 goal thrashing.
That at one stage it looked like we would hand out a 10 goal thrashing speaks volumes for my tipping ability.
I apologise to all.

Yes, I was down last week too. Depressing.

In hindsight, this was a better way of getting our 4th win. Before last week, I counted on beating Kangas and dropping the game against Port. Now I think beating a top side is more important and I can't help believing that if we had won last week, we may not have been so cherry-ripe last night. The team had a lot to prove this time.

If you accept everything on face value, then that'll lead to the stagnation which engulfed and ruined Collingwood in the past.

I didn't tip them, but my boss, a magpie fan, did so I'll have fun at work. My wife, a Hawthorn fan, (isn't she happy at the minute) picked them and got stuck into me last night about lack of faith.
Still I'm very happy to be 1 point down and 4 points up!

I too was "Ye of little faith"...I thought minimum eight goal thrashing....I was so totally and completely SHATTERED!!! last week that I thought we were heading for another slide of consecutive losses, as we have done so often in previous years. BUT I DID TIP US!! I always do...I would die if I didn't and we got up! But, looking at our season, thus far, and who we have played, our losses are so slight, and we were in a winning position in every single one of those games, you could almost say that we should be in a position that Hawks are in at the moment.
