It's trying a little too hard to be "hard core mob" for my liking so I reckon I'll give it a miss from here on.

Also, is it just me or is it impossible to understand what the characters are saying half the time? Everyone on the show mumbles.
I've watched the first season and enjoyed it. Can't remember having any issues understanding what they were saying.

It's the sort of show that you will either like or hate.

one of the best comedies on TV at the moment (Foxtel only) is

Don't Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23

unfortunately America is so puritanical that they can't call it BITCH, it's listed as B@#$% lol

absolutely love it!

Lol. Apparently all their free to air networks are like that. No wonder HBO is so popular!

Talking about subtitles, anyone elsw watching Braquo?
Recently won an International Emmy for Best Drama.Season 2 about to come to its climax next week on Showcase.I believe season 3 currently in production.
I am sure foxtel will re run in the future.Don't let the opening scene in episode 1 season 1 put you off.

BTW Amazing Race Australia also won an international Emmy for best non scripted entertainment show.

I'm not sure if it's a good TV series or not but the ads for the up coming series on Squizzy Taylor is filmed in part (from the ads) at a place in Caulfeld called Labassa, owned by the National Trust.

My brother was one of the longest tenants living there for about 25 years. I lived there for about 2 years in the '80's

Magnificent orante building

Get onto 5. Get onto it right now.
I've watched up to episode 7 now. Looking forward to number 8, and then the final 8 next year.

TBH, I thought the series took a while to get going, but by season 4 it really picked up.
I had nothing to watch on my tready, so picked this up on your advice, it better be good! Just watched season one episode1! Looks interesting!

You won't regret it. Even better than SOA.

Unlike any other show on TV, it steadily improves season after season. There are no dips, there's just always better.

Mrs WPT & I are right into Wallender - on SBS - brilliant Swedish crime show - currently on repeat viewing but too late to watch when broadcast. Tape it watch it later.

Can't wait. When do you reckon episode 1 will be up?
