Very pleased to hear about Broadridge joining us, as I've heard really positive things about him. Gotch sounds like good news as well.
Spoke with Ray "Slug" Jordan and David Parkin last year about who they think make the best coaches. Both agreed that coaches who've been successful with junior (esp. U/18) sides are best, as they have to know how to mould and develop players and their skills. Pagan was opinted to as a prime example (coached successful U/19 sides).
