Did anybody catch a glimpse of the Williamstown Vs Port Melbourne game on TV today. Hail Hail young Adkins a dashing 4 goal effort and all in about 2.5 qtrs of footy.We are obviously still easing him into things but boy it looked to me like he was ready to go. I think he will be almost primed and up for for action with in the next two weeks. Did not even look like a player who has not played in 8 weeks. He was poised and polished and played half forward to perfection....He will be one of the boys who will be part of the young successful core group in about a year or two.
Also good to see Tuckey play a decent game and Didak was extremely capable. Cloke did not get much but he sure seems to have some prescence about him which is rare for someone so young and inexperianced.....

I went today. Chippa was really good, esp. in the 3rd qtr. Tuckey was also good.

Chippa was fantastic. Didn't see a ball that didn't hit t's target perfectly and his pace was still there. He'l have to be playing against the Dees nextr week.

Tuckey should have had about 8 but was beaten on the lead far too many times.
