GCS did the same thing that Port did to us.....went out to win and left a team of stars in their wake.
Blimey there is a long way to go and the guys will and can still make the top 4....
Wake up all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gutted again, but to be honest I'm getting used to piss poor performances from this team.

As long as we zone off the ball carrier & let them kick without pressure, then things will not improve regardless of personnel. As long as we Zone off the ball carriers intended targets we will not improve. This is as good as this team will get playing this style of football & it's just so disappointing to see.
I hoped we would be in a position to win multiple premierships after 2010, but the reality is we are nowhere near it & so many other teams have not only passed us but left us in their wake. I don't for one moment think that Gold Coast or Port Adelaide had better teams out on the ground than us, but they certainly have a better game plan & appetite for a contest.

Could not agree more especially appetite.... we have no desire in some games and that is up to the coaching staff midweek

I am a sucker for punishment. Just sat through that whole game, now time to switch over to GEM to watch the Aussies cop some more punishment.

I'll be booking the next available flight to the moon for the next week or so. If anyone would like to join me we can pretend this didn't happen together.

Realistically dominated early and failed to put it on the scoreboard. Worried that our failure to take advantage of our early dominance would cost us and it did.

This has now turned everything around for GCS.

Goodluck to them for picking up on our mental attitude and good on Bluey McKenna for out coaching Buckley
