1, Full of fumbles away from home..... every single interstate game
2, witts was exposed tonight, way too top heavy
3, too fast for us, we looked slow
4, the ruck work was a joke (big problem and will be in 2014, was for years until 2010 and 11 then back to horrible again)
5, Our midfield was terrible, the Centre clearances we were just outclassed
6, pendles had a shocker as did swan
7, why mooney played is beyond me, when we start persisting with these duds thats the day we start going backwards

They're home you would think, I know its a long way to go but their killing them now
Depressing viewing but it made absolutely no difference to the season. They were not going to make top 4 before this game and they will still make the eight comfortably after it.
In my opinion, the FF has to answer a few questions after that. 60 inside 50s to 48 and he butchered many chances. Bad goal-kicking is bad football.

Give some credit so Suns. Thy out enthused pies all night long.
Cloke reminds me of Watson (Aust cricketer). Brimming with talent, given every opportunity but fails at the important moment, which, for Trav, is kicking goals, from in front. Pies kick a few simple goals and they win today.
Very disappointing. Time to start building for 2014.

Which vacuous moron promoted Keefe? Clearly was not ready for AFL football!
Reid's fielding kick has been atrocious for a while and don't get me started on Herr Cloke's randomised uncontrolled trials he calls set shots.
Forget about finals, will we even beat GWS next week?

I thought they were PROFESSIONAL athletes. I thought as PROFESSIONAL athletes they may have had better utilised their down time than sitting on their arse for 3 hours just to play a practical gag for laughs.nulla wrote:Players are allowed a life.Flashman wrote:Nice of the players to sort of look interested in the last quarter.
Maybe Swanny could spend 3 hours training hard and studying up on the Suns instead of getting made up to play a merry jape on his teammates.
Especially when said PROFESSIONAL athlete is one who in the past has bitched and moaned about wasting his down time attending team meetings and being drug tested.

What happened to our forward line?
Cloke presented and I wish he had kicked straight
Reid could not really go forward as Keeffe being the only tall would be a big ask for a 15 game player.
Macaffer and Goldsack did nothing
Krak did nothing
Elliot had a great mark but presented poorly
Witts has reached the end of this years senior appearences
Blair would have been nice at least he tries
As usual Cloke gets doubled and triple teamed and the other forwards go missing.

We wont make the 8 comfortably at all. We'll probably have to beat the pauperoos in Rnd 23 to scrape in or hope the Dons get shafted.Pies4shaw wrote:Depressing viewing but it made absolutely no difference to the season. This wasn't a game we could afford to lose at all.

If they could have two or three on Cloke all night where were our loose players?
Game plan is pathetic.
Buckley... hint hint If Reid makes the forward line look and play so much better it might be an idea to play him there all the game and give our mids a second option..... besides that I think we look better kicking running goals rather than set shots

WORST loss in 25 years, inexcuseable, and disgusting. they should hang their heads in shame, the whole club. Not even sure if I will bother next week, the club does not deserve our attendance, after that non effort.!

I have just tweeted the question to @CollingwoodFC. I'll see if I get a response.Redlight wrote:A black day, but that's pretty funny.Johnno75 wrote:I thought the cricket was bad. So anyone know when the free BBQ is on?

Racist much? The fact the kids a foreigner should have nothing to do with the conversation.
Honestly, yellow card me, I don't care, but you're an idiot mate.

We need two wins, and with only one guaranteed I don't think comfortably is the right word.Pies4shaw wrote:Depressing viewing but it made absolutely no difference to the season. They were not going to make top 4 before this game and they will still make the eight comfortably after it.
To be honest, we might be better off missing the eight. None of the flaws are papered over and we get a higher draft pick.

FAIL? FAIL doesn't even justify that shit we witnessed. What'sinaname wrote:FAIL!
FAIL might imply some of the over-paid, over-rated weak actually made an effort. No offence to Dywer and Marley.
Finally exposed tonight for the bunch of FRAUDS they are.
Go an have some more of you twice monthy heart-to-heart talks you piss weak bastards, where the effort lasts about a week.
Total lack of leadership and accountability. Your application to the task is indifferent. It's almost August and you retards still cant hit a teamate on the chest, with disposal level of under 9s.
So let's start with these inept in the coaches box: Figjam, Rocket, and tumor Lappin. The first one we're stuck with, the other two can just off somewhere and trainwreck another club.
And we had the absolute gall to laugh at Carlton in 2012 when they lost at Metricon. And the Suns had at least 6 senior players out tonight.
As somebody else said in the Game thread: worst loss is twenty years.
I feel SO SORRY for all you defiantly devoted loyal supporters, who wasted your weekend and money, flying up here to watch The Fraud Squad squander another golden opportunity.
And don't give Jack Spain a hard time when he delivers another home-truth sermon in this thread about your precious footballers and their over inflated rampant egos.
Actually, i'm not wasting any more time on football this year.
And it is a waste of time, causing us all grief and anxiety, with very little return on emotional investment. For me, i have nothing left to contribute.
I'm done here for 2013 folks, might see you in 2014.
Take care all, best of luck.
