I'll assume the smiley wink means you're being facetious. I might laugh tomorrow when I get my sense of humour backwoftam wrote:I'm pretty sure we didn't move Caff on to Ablett because it would have hurt us so much because Caff was starring up forward.Stupied wrote:Not enough respect paid to the Suns by our boys. They are an emerging side and not to be taken for granted.
Having said that, even with the pea hearted effort shown, we should have won. Clokes kicking for goal has become a real concern. The push in the back that was not paid against Brennan on Reid was baffling.
Even if we had scraped over the line, I would still be embarrassed by that woeful performance.
Letting Ablett rack up 49 possessions when we have a capable tagger not being utilised just defies belief...

Tonight was unacceptable. Some very serious questions need to be asked of McGuire and Buckley immediately before what we had is completely destroyed. There is still the basis of a premiership contending group here but the window is slamming shut with each passing week.

Thanks for enlightening me.King Malta wrote:Yep.Dave The Man wrote:Goal Kicking Cost us the Game tonight.
It's that Simple
Letting Abblett do as he pleased was a big mistake too, why Caff wasn't moved onto him I'll never know.
If we had of kicked straight we wouldn't be having this conversation though

Foxtel Complaints Line
For anyone else that is interested in making a complaint about the absolutely biased commentary towards the Gold Coast Suns tonight you can make your voice heard on

I know we played dreadfully, but seriously to sit there and have to listen to Alastair Lynch, Dwayne Russell and to a lesser extent Jason Dunstall was not good enough. Especially on PAY TV.
We as Collingwood fans should not have to put up with cheering for the opposition by commentators just because they hate Collingwood. I am ropable at that commentary. Absolutely disgusting.
PS
Lynch is a knob.
Russell is a wanker.

Agree. Racism is racism no matter how its dressed up. The sooner we all start to change the tone of the conversation the better off well be.King Malta wrote:How is the fact that Mooney is a 'fkn foreigner' relevant to any conversation regarding his ability?lihei wrote:Precious much?King Malta wrote: Agreed with your post until that.
Racist much? The fact the kids a foreigner should have nothing to do with the conversation.
Honestly, yellow card me, I don't care, but you're an idiot mate.
Why don't we just **** off Harry as well seeing he's a foreigner?
I hardly think it's precious to be annoyed by someone attacking a Collingwood player because he's a foreigner.
You see, this is the problem with this forum. Any person that takes offence at something is automatically labelled precious. For all the arguments we've had about indirect racism or what have you, the above is a direct attack at the lad because he's a 'fkn foreigner'. If that's not inappropriate I don't know what is.
