Even though I love a good contest (if we win) it was a great relief to be in front from the start and be able to enjoy the game without tearing my hair out or suffering heart palpitations.
It was fantastic to just cheer non-stop for the whole game without worrying about playing catch-up footy or the threat of the other team coming back.
What a fantastic win.

Let's hope every match is like that - especially The Grand Final.

I've gotten so used to seeing us fall in a heap that I kept on expecting Melbourne to fight back. But when Anthony booted that goal from 60 metres out just before 3-quarter time I knew we were home. The winner's wig came out early this week and I think we spent the entire last quarter celebrating.
