Good names admittedly, but I'm sure we can trust our guys to grab 2 great kids tonight. Whoever they are they will have been interviewed, scouted etc many times over. That's why Hine & Rendell are among the best there is.

Leaning towards Aish at 6. We need a genuine wingman with Wellingham and Thomas gone.

Then Lennon at 10. We have plenty of flankers, but Lennon has a bit more height.

Leaning towards getting the best two players available to meet our needs.

Still think that we have the chance of snaring both Scharenberg and Aish if we go the Berg at 6. The Brions are playing games and trying to get us to pick Aish early so they can snare Scharenberg.

I reckon Bris and Melb won't take the chance on Aish since he was reportedly playing up the go home factor in his interviews.

Sharenburg, Aish,

Lennon, McCarthy

(but I want Salem)

Give me back pick 27 & let me go with

10,11 & 27 & give up 6.

3 in the top 27 not 2 in the top 10 Is that better? It might be.

Boyd, Kelly.

Hey it's Hine - he got Grundy at 18 didn't he? :)

I'll settle for two of Scharenburg, Freeman, Aish, Salem
they can smell what we're cookin'

If we go Aish at 6 then I believe we will go Lennon at 10 with McCarthy the smokey.

If we go Scharenberg at 6 then it most likely will be whoever is available between Salem/Freeman at 10.

Personally I'm hoping for Lennon at pick 10 regardless of who we take at pick 6.

Elite kick, sticky hands a natural footballer more than an athlete.

Potential to be Steve Johnson like into the future.

Not sure it would work out like that but I think that Scharenberg less likely for Brisbane if both his feet are sore. Pendles complained to me once that Brisbane's ground is the hardest they play on. Not good when you have sore feet.

Not if you believe that there is a top 10-12 then day light. Best to get as far up the order as possible.

Pick 6: Marcus Bontempelli (Matt Scharenberg)

Pick 10: Cameron McCarthy (James Aish)
