Thanks for the suggestion Tessa but I think it makes it much more exciting spelling it out! What does everyone else think? Everyones entitled to their opinion!

Hmmm I do like the spelling out but I agree with you on that Tessa. By the time everyone spells collingwood out the ball has already been bounced. So I can't really suggest an alternative. :wink:

I've always liked the build up, but now that i think about it, it would sound awesome if the whole crowd could do it together. Its a shame the alcohol drinkers have to make it sound bad.

It almost sounds like "Collingwoo" rather then "Collingwood" maybe it's just my hearing going again.

C-O-L-L-I-N-G-W-O-O-D does sound good, infact is sounds great when done properly, however it rarely is.
We need th cheering to start as soon as possible after goals.
Also, there is one inparticular guy who starts it, and instead of sayign C he says something that is meant ot be c that sounds like Saay and it takes a while to work out what's going on.
