To provide the alternate example that proves the rule, Krudd was a very good speaker and a dud PM.

So um, yeah, obviously, um, I think um, Adams should obviously be a good footballer and um, obviously, his um lack of public speaking um ability should obviously not be a um problem. Obviously.

:P
So just to be clear, you're saying Abbott is a dud speaker and a GOOD Prime Minister???? You're F**%#&in' kidding me Yeah???
LOL, no, that wasn't what I was saying at all.

Playing Adams out of Position

Post by Dave The Man »

Found it Funny they out Adam's on the Wing. He has also skills and used the ball quite well last night. Hit Cloke Twice when he came out on the lead. But he does not have the elite kick like Young has.

He should play On-Ball where he plays his best footy.

You can only play so many bloke on-ball, he'll get his opportunities, as will Thomas and Dwyer when they get back. And Freeman. And Martin. And......

Let me know when some evidence of Youngs elite kicking rears it's head. Also he has the presence of a mute dwarf.

i agree, if you are going to play Taylor Adams, then it needs to be on the ball. If he is the new Luke Ball, then so be it. Bye Bye Bally.

Ball's kicking let him down but he was still in our best 5 players on the ground. While Adams had zero influence on the game and looks as slow as Witts.

I thought Ball was OK and had him in my best 5-6. Was our best player at quarter time.
Adams will spend some time on the ball but I prefer Lumumba and Young there.
I thought Young's kicking was OK, but he did not get enough of it.
