God we need Reid.
We need to stop trading for players In the past few years, we've only picked up spuds.

Bad so far:
Lots of over possessing the ball by the Pies. Bizzare handballs where a player in space passes it to a player under pressure.
Cloke can't take a mark. Should have won the one-on-one contest in the first few minutes. After that hasn't looked close
Free kicks 7-3 to Geelong.
No goals in that quarter.
Umpires seem to be watching Frost closer this week after his good game against Buddy.
Good:
Effort in some passages of play to go in for the ball.

Wtf .. up to the last play there should have been a 50m penalty .. the Cats defender went about 3m over the mark .. the ump was right there watching him step over and did sweat nothing about it

We should be 2 goals, they should be 5 goals.

Pretty even first quarter, but things not quite going our way at the moment. Frost on Hawkins is a worry.
Well done boys!

Johnson holds on to a Pie, both arms clear as anything and we get nothing .. he then immediately gets a free for acting

It's a pity daylight saving ends tonight.
I wouldn't mind putting my clock forward 2 hours if the first quarter is anything to go by.

We could kick a couple early and be right in it... or they could kick a couple and we'll be in trouble - it's that sort of game. We need a bit of luck, a bit of direct play and the rub of the umpires for once (it this continues, it'll be 28 to 12 by the end of the game!)
