I said during the week that Langdon needed a rest, my mistake.

Please someone tell the commentators that whilst Essendon were missing Goddard, we have a few possibles to come back, and we were down to two on the bench for the last.

Not a once in a life time come back, but big game, big crowd, big margin down and a lot of youngsters stood up.

Swanny you star, Pendles dragged us back in the second with Sidey.

Elliott is going to be a beauty.

Marley would have been handy today!

Got to be happy!
In the end, it's not going to matter how many breaths you took, but how many moments took your breath away

As soon as I saw Watson display equal parts arrogance and hubris early in the second qtr I knew we would win.

Great match Collingwood!!

Must admit I thought we were cooked when we were 6 goals down, but it was an awesome fightback. Our pressure was first rate and like it was back in 2010-2011. Just 3 goals after qtr time but more importantly 98 tackles!!!

Hopefully Fas and Young are not seriously injured.

Magnificent win, rolled with the punches the whole game and what win!

Make no mistake, we've had a tough run in the fixture and to over come a 37 point deficit was amazing. Our biggest comeback in 15 years I'm led to believe.

Hold your heads high collingwood.

Yeah that really pissed me off and beggars belief.

Amazing game.
Well done pies.
Absolutely stoked with that win.
I know it's very easy to say this now but even when we were 6 goals down I just had that feeling we weren't out of it.
Anyhoo I'm gonna get pissed and sing the Collingwood song in my Collingwood underpants with my Collingwood stubby holder in hand.

I thought we were down something like 40+ vs Ess in the return leg in 2011 when we ended up winning by. 80-odd.

Damn straight Legman! Reckon we should all drop our dacks, loosen the tonsils, and toss back a few jars with you, in a show of solidarity and defiance.

If you leave aside the massive fight back it's hard to judge this performance given that some expected a big win.

I didn't so I'm just glad to get the 4 points against a quality opponent.
you could sense that once they got their hands on the ball the contest would even up.
