Didn't kick a goal, not named in the best half dozen by the OP.

If this continues I wonder whether we'll end up getting him for a second rounder.

Third round at best type player, no way a first round based on what I've seen of him and heard so far.

I understand that he didn't get in the best as he was playing deep in the forward line most of the time and didn't kick a goal but it was his contested marking that was a stand out. He could easily have kicked 5 but missed a few set shots from about 45- 50 metres and actually handballed one to a teammate when he was about 20 almost directly in front. It was a strange decision actually as he was going to have a set shot and then gave if off as if he was injured and couldnt kick. He was limping with an iced up injured ankle after the game so that maybe had something to do with it.

If he goes in the 3rd round then this will be the most talented draft in history.

Might have to start hyping up all those off field issues as well ;)

Actually, scratch that idea. Such rumours might attract St Kilda.

I dunno. The way the kid moves, he could become a 203cm midfielder...

Apparently he started down back, received a knock to the ankle, and was played deep forward for the rest of the game to save him running around on it too much. Despite the pain in his ankle he still managed to crash some packs and take some contested grabs.

Sounds like he will be pretty special.

He didn't play on the weekend so I guess he's still battling injury.

Do any of our senior players attract a weekly progress thread? And for a kid we don't even know for sure will get drafted yet (likely, but nothings guaranteed)? Expectations much? :P

I could handle him kicking 3 goals a week for Collingwood & not feature in the best players.
