While I agree that it's not great to rate players, I'd go for:
1) Josh Fraser: genuine class.
2) Nick Davis: extremely dangerous.
3) Chris Tarrant/Jarrod Molloy: I have to put Molloy here simply because of how tall he makes everybody stand, although you can't really imagine him being a 70-goals goalkicker each year. Tarrant's ability speaks for itself - and he's still got a lot more learning to do than either Fraser or Davis in the one-percenters.
And yes, I'm aware I excluded Buckley (if anybody was going to point it out).

V. TRUE Joel & Sly. I respect that alot. We are a unique team at Collingwood with unique players. Within the magpie fraternity, we see them all as equal. Meanwhile, they all rate higher than barbarian 'players' from other clubs.
MM has stressed the point of making every player an integral part of the team. Let's not get caught up with irrelevant ratings or whatever. Our players are all special and we love'em.
Love the PIES and...
bless their courageous hearts

I notice that nobody has rated Pebbles a mention in the top three at the club.
I now that we all maybe a bit wary to get carried away though I have been really impressed with his physical style of play since the Carlton game. If we were to go through the first half of the year you may notice the amount of games Pebbles has influenced.
Things that come to mind straight away were:
* The third quarter against the bulldogs when he went into the ruck.
* The Carton game - 6 goals. Note he was our only effective forward that day.
* The Melbourne game - He set the tone that day. People forget that Melbourne and Collingwood had the same win loss ratio when they met. They certainly considered easybeats leading into the game. The early mark against Simmonds and putting Schwartz out of the game where excellent.
These three performances really jump into my mind. I think that he is starting to get to the level we have been hoping for.
Otherwise, Bucks is on top and I can't split Tarrant and Fraser.
