Rob Chapman's board appoints Sando for another 2 years yet 9 months later are not accountable for the $1,000,000 payout! Another waste of club cash that teams like the Pies have to be taxed on footy dept spend for other clubs ineptitude. Annoying accent too!

Sando's payout will have to be factored into their footy department spend, probably for the 2014 season so it'll not be a consideration for 2015 when the new faux cap starts. Actually smart thinking to bring it forward into 2014 if that was the course they were determined to go.
