Any of our VFL listed worth picking up?

was thinking the likes of nick riddle or lachie ferguson might be worth a late round pick or rookie listing.

Lachie Ferguson played great footy and they already have plenty of jumpers in his size.

No I don't think any of them are AFL standard to be quite honest JW.

I think a couple of them would be worth a look.

I like Allen, good size and versatility.

Not sure about Riddle at senior level. Plays as a KPD and not sure he's big enough for the role at senior level although it hasn't stopped Gibson finding a niche at Hawthorn. Not sure if he could play 3rd tall.

Gray and Moloney would be another 2. Not sure if they'd make it at senior level.

Jake Williams played some good footy but another >180cm player might start a riot on the boards.

Ditto Ferguson although he's even more limited in where he could play. Plays some good footy but do we need a NQR forward pocket specialist?

Greenhough also showed a bit but needs more time at VFL level.

Quite a few of the VFL players like Suckling and Orval didn't get much opportunity to show their wares in 2014, hopefully they can shine in 2015 and stake a claim.

I liked the look of Williams. He has timing, good skills including being a good long kick (which could exclude him) etc. Reads the play well. However, he doesn't have the size - needs a few peptides.

^^^ Lachie is a wonderful player to watch and kicked one of my favourite ever goals, at any level, earlier in the year. I think he is just too small for AFL, though.

One of the best goals I have ever seen.
Just too small and he lacks pace.
Still, I would loved to be proved wrong.

During the break down of a lot of our players this year which hyped up the talk of a mid-season draft, I believe I remember reading a quote from Bucks saying picking up a player like Nick Riddle to come in would be very handy. Probably goes to show he rates him at the level, so I wouldn't be surprised if he got a rookie contract next month.
