WTF is going on? That's 3 coaches down in 3 weeks, all of them supposedly having communications problems with the players, but none of them young or inexperienced.

Seriously, if you were lining up for a coaches gig you'd be making it clear that the first player who has a sook gets fired.
Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down.
