Hey chickies, (I know he doesn't play at collingwood anymore) but was wondering if anyone could tell me why Damien Adkins was called Chipper?

i heard it from the horses mouth that he is called chipper cos he used to eat raw potatoes all the time when he was a baby so his family called him "spud"
and that got changed into Chipper cos of its association with potatoes
