I completely agree. De Goey is a goer alright. Hope he's picked this week against the Toothless Tigers.Doc63 wrote:
Speaking of development, Its obvious after last nights seconds game that De Goey is wasting his time doen there. It time to pick him in the seniors, with his papers to be stamped "never to be the sub again".
You can keep your Locketts. There was only ONE Gordon Coventry!

Our forwards and mids just gave them too much space. Enright as the spare in defense was also very very good, close to BOG behind Duncan.uuuuu..... The LoneSTAR wrote:Can someone please explain to me how the Cats work the free man/men so often & so easily & in so much space?!?
After such a HUGE & successful tackling effort last week the Cats brushed us off like a Bouchard handshake!
I do wonder how the game might've been different if Travis kicked that goal!

Yes, i think you want more of the Seedsman / Crisp build. Next draft, no one until 190 cm.

the geelong team are much bigger bodied. even their vfl guys have solid frames particularly around the torso area.
as for jdg, next time i look at him, i will be sure to check out his frame.

Bingo. You see taylor Adams on TV he looks like a solid rugged customer. You walk past him at the VFL in his civies he looks like an anorexic 12 year old.John Wren wrote:and when on tv too.FrankieGoesToCollingwood wrote:It's an illusion - you always look wider in horizontal stripes!

yeah, christ even when we were wearing geelong strips at my junior club i felt 10kg heavier and then when we had showers after the game i realised i needed to keep running just to get wet.FrankieGoesToCollingwood wrote:It's an illusion - you always look wider in horizontal stripes!

Their run and spread killed us in the first quarter. It was just like the first quarter against the Saints. Hopefully with Seedsman back in the team and a lift from a few others we'll have a bit more outside run this week.i hate carlton wrote:We were jumped and shat ourselves in 1st Q.

So glad these feline turds got smashed by swans tonight, back to earth with a big thud. Was sick n tired of those tools darcy, taylor and Ling babbling about some young cat turd, one of their rare kids, "" beating Pendles and dominating him ", that will be a damn one off, and cant wait to play them later this season, with guys like sidey, seeds, reid, moore etc in for us, it wil be very different result next time.
