The inner child in most of us love the Rocky movies but LOL at the boxing technique or lack of displayed in the movies.

It basically consists of one fighter with either his hands by his side taking monster punch after punch or so far apart around his head you could run a freight train through it.

It's hilarious.

LOL, love the XKCD site. Have you checked out his "What if' area?

http://what-if.xkcd.com/

Combines some often very technical information with the ability to explain it to the lay person and added humor. Great stuff.

I went to a fancy dress semi-recently as Clubber Lang (did the beard, hair, the lot  ) and watched Rocky III for research purposes.
Great 80's cheese, quite brilliant, but the boxing is hilarious as you say.

Me trying to master a traditional Ugandan courting dance

Mind you 2 locals offered hubby 3 cows and 4 goats for me which is quite a reasonable price apparently - so I mustn't have been as bad as I thought!

He didn't accept the offer - didn't think he would get them through quarantine :D

Jackie Mason, a rabbi who is a stand up comedian & has won a series of awards for his humour. This is his real Nu York, Nu Joisey accent.

One of the awards he won was for the voice of Krusty the clowns father in the Simpsons

This clip is mid 80's & makes a lot if fun of Presidents Reagan & Nixon

This clip is more recent 2008 at Oxford University:

Me.

I'm not sure what I done at work yesterday but I've pulled the muscles in my quads big time.

I've done it before but generally after I've attempted some sit ups for the first time in a year or 10.

As the day has gone on I've gotten sorer and stiffer and resemble a 100 year old man when I walk (well either that or I just shat myself).

Speaking of shite trying to lower myself on to the loo proved a rather painful and difficult challenge.

Call me Ben Reid.
