The era is over,Collingwood will no longer trade for players rejected through other clubs with only the aim of avoiding the spoon.It clearly didnt work.All players delisted after 99 season had there chances...and for a variety of reasons
1...lack of skill
2....living in the past
3...injury prone
were not up to it.Dont expect any of those delisted to show up elsewhere.
So now begins the MM era...building a premiership squad surrounding,Bucks,Willo,Burns,Roccas,etc with a young squad selected for talent,chuck in a couple leaders,Crosisca&Brown and i have to mention C.Tarrant...our best draft pick of the decade....if Mckee can hold his own in the ruck,If Presti can continue his huge improvement...then with quality coaching in skills and teamwork we are back .
The final 8 next year is a serious possability and a premiership within 5 is a Cert.
