I sure we won't be hearing from the <snip> brigade.HOW??? was Jeremy??? Good EH??? HOW??? was Jesse?? Good EH??? And the umpires were AS USUAL a disgrace.Tried their best to give it to Duckwood and co.Very VERY happy tonight and some major payback to some Geelong fans coming their way.woods_the_best wrote:Howe down back, White & Cox up forward suddenly we look a different team. Who would have thought that...not me.
Howe provides the drive we need off half-back and Cox/White are providing marking targets and both are pretty kicks for goal.

Just a side note.. since Jesse White has grown a man bun, he's been playing like a man. Well done to him int he past few weeks, because his career was looking really dodgy. Maybe seeing that Trav could be dropped has put a rocket up him.

It was never in doubt MM.We have a horrendous injury list and we could never settle. We now have a team that has played 2 consecutive games together and no injuries and now we can bring back anyone who EARNS a spot, back in one at a time I like the looks of this team and Swanny and Ramsey may be the only ones good enough to get back in.Of course they both may not be back this year but Smith and Crocker aren't going anywhere and Cloke 's days could be numbered as Coxxy just gets better.Monco Matt wrote:I'm so happy that I had tears streaming with pride when big Coxy banged home a major on the run. I was not able to watch the game, but I was astonished when I read the scoreline. How massive is that! This must have been an astonishing effort from the entire team. Not even our best 22. I have read from the comments of others that White played a great game. That is really significant. In the past, his good games were reserved for lower quality opposition. And likewise, Jeremy Howe I read played a great game in defence, in only his second game in this role for us. Wow. Don't know what to make of this, except that now we will hit the road next week with a decisive x-factor, and that is confidence.
