Reid is a great player, but he doesn't seem to demonstrate much in the way of direction and leadership to his young teammates. He should be constantly pointing and shouting, as Maxy used to do. He is our most experienced defender after all....and a Premiership player at that.

Was a big mistake trading Heath Shaw. He was Collingwood. The rogue player who played up but bled for the club. We retained two players in Thomas & Keefe who did far worse than Heath ever did offield and our culture stinks with epidemic drug use

From what ive heard Shaw was traded (sacked) because he openly questioned the game plan, he dug his own grave.
