Upgrade on Frost and Browny, can play both ends of the ground. Will cost us bugger all.

I forgot to mention he can kick, nothing to lose in my view.

Get it Done.

Both Silvagni and Dunn are an upgrade on Frost and Brown.

Agree, Silvagni the better defender for mine, Dunn the better user of the ball.

I'd have either Dunn or Silvagni at FB in preference to Keeffe and Reid at CHB, until such time that Keeffe can demonstrate he can play a constructive part in the team.

Think 44 is too high, talk the Dees need to free up salary cap to fit Lewis and Hibberd in, so think like us with Cloke they will accept a 4th rounder. Maybe we use the pick we get for Cloke or a three way deal:
Dunn to us
Cloke to Dogs
Pick from Dogs to Dees.

Hey 3rd, is this a Leigh Brown type trade or more of a Corrie? Thoughts?

Something that I find interesting and I've been noticing it for a while: when we lose players we attempt to replace them with those of a similar age profile, to keep the balance, especially with older players as we have so few. I think when you look at our mooted changes in this way they seem quite a bit more positive:

Cloke (29) --> Dunn (29) - I'd back Dunn as the more useful modern footballer
Brown (27) --> Mayne (27) - Mayne, to me, is likely to be much more effective
Swan (32) --> Wells (31) - very different types, but Wells will offer us plenty

There are those who are confused by our strategy, but to me it's a simple matter of replacing lost experience with better suited, and in some cases cheaper, options. Looking at those changes, I am very comfortable with the players we've targeted so far. Going younger would not have been a positive move and in some cases, like free agents, was actually not an option.
Well done boys!

This is exactly what the club is doing, not sure why so many are unable to see it.

Aside from the age difference, I'd agree.
